JOB DESCRIPTION
🏝️ TRIP PLANNING:
Create itineraries for clients based on their wants and expectations. (Ex. Joe wants a flight to Hawaii. You look into flight options for Joe.)
✈️ TRIP BOOKING:
Book flights, hotels, vacation packages, cruises, car rentals, tickets, travel insurance & more for clients. (Ex. Joe is ready to book a flight to Hawaii. You complete the booking for Joe.)
☎️ SUPPORT:
Clients may need support pre-travel or during their trips. Must ensure that the client is well taken care of. (Ex. One week before Joe's flight, he decides to upgrade his seat. You help Joe with the seat upgrade for him.)
